Information we handle

The quote form collects your name, email, requested cover and any optional date of birth, phone number, Spanish postcode, start date and message you provide. If you arrive through a collaborator’s link, their referral code is included in the form; you can correct or remove it before sending. Enquiries are saved in a private website inbox accessible to James. Contact by telephone, email or WhatsApp may also provide information you choose to share.

Why and on what basis

• To answer enquiries and provide requested insurance guidance or quotations: steps requested before a possible contract and, where appropriate, your consent.
• To help prepare and follow an insurance application and provide service support: performance of requested services, legitimate interests in responding and maintaining the relationship, and applicable legal obligations.
• To keep necessary business and compliance records: legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Health and other sensitive information

Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through ordinary email, WhatsApp or this website unless you have been specifically instructed to use an authorised process. If health information is necessary for an insurance application, it will be handled only for that purpose under the appropriate legal basis and safeguards, including explicit consent where required.

Recipients and service providers

Information may be shared with Sanitas and authorised providers when necessary to prepare or manage a quotation or application you requested. Limited data may also be processed by communications, email and hosting suppliers acting under their own terms or as service providers. Personal data is not sold.

International transfers

Third-party communication services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, the provider’s recognised safeguards and privacy terms apply. You can avoid WhatsApp or social networks by contacting us by telephone or email.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry or relationship and for any periods required by law or needed to address potential claims.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing jaclunas.agenteexclusivo@sanitas.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Security, minors and changes

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal data. The service is intended for adults; a parent or guardian should act for a minor. This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.

Referral links

Referral codes help James identify the collaborator who introduced an enquiry. The code is carried between pages in the website address. If you accept optional tracking, it is also remembered in this browser for up to 30 days. Rejecting optional tracking removes this stored code; an active referral link can still prefill the form. You can edit or remove the referral field before submitting. Collaborators cannot access the private inbox.

Campaign tags in the link you use may be included with your enquiry so James can identify the advert or source. With analytics consent, the site measures WhatsApp clicks and successful form submissions separately. Names, contact details, dates of birth and message text are not included in these analytics events.
