They are part of the family too. Sanitas Salud Mascotas helps with eligible veterinary bills when your pet becomes ill or has an accident.
80% reimbursement
Pay the vet, then claim eligible expenses through Mi Sanitas. Annual limits and treatment sublimits apply.
Veterinary care
Eligible consultations, emergencies, diagnostic tests, hospital stays and surgery following illness or accident.
Preventive check-up
One preventive consultation each year, subject to its specific benefit limit.
Telephone guidance
Veterinary guidance available 24/7, up to six calls each year.
Additional support
Includes specified rehabilitation and dental treatment following an accident, plus pet care assistance if the owner meets the hospitalisation or immobility conditions.
Before you apply
- For companion dogs and cats, joining from three months through nine years inclusive.
- Veterinary assistance has a 30-day waiting period. Certain services have a 12-month waiting period.
- Past illnesses, symptoms, injuries and operations must be declared in the health questionnaire. Acceptance and exclusions depend on assessment.
- This is a separate veterinary insurance policy. Ask me to confirm current terms and any benefits available to existing Sanitas clients.
